What we collect

When you place a cash-on-delivery order we collect your name, phone number, city, delivery address, quantity, optional email and any notes you add. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe (every newsletter has an unsubscribe link). Order reminder emails are only sent if you tick the reminder box. When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone and/or email and your message. We also log your approximate country and basic technical data needed to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

Only to confirm, deliver and support your order, send order status emails, reply to your messages, and protect the site from abuse. We share delivery details with our courier partner only to deliver your parcel. We do not sell your data.

Analytics & cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which sets cookies. The admin area uses a strictly necessary security cookie. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Storage & retention

Orders and messages are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and kept only as long as needed for orders, support and legal record keeping.
